OUR CURRENT RESIDENTS
To the Management and Staff of the Kingsway Gardens:
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this a very happy home for me.
Sincerely, December 8, 1999 Thank you to the Management and Staff of Kingsway Gardens for making my stay here one of the most enjoyable experiences of my life. Your kindness and hospitality are greatly appreciated.
Sincerely, December 8, 1999 After living away from Nova Scotia for twenty-five years, age and its accompanying problems faced me to make a change in my living arrangements. So after investigating a number of possibilities in both N.S. and Ontario, I made the decision to return to N.S. The arrangements which I chose were in the town of Windsor, N.S. at Kingsway Gardens. I wanted my own quiet apartment in a small complex, with meals available when desired; a small town, where I could still drive my own car; amenities such as a nearby mall, library, hospital, etc. This I found at Kingsway Gardens, as well as a very congenial atmosphere, a pleasant, caring, helpful, friendly staff and management; chefs very willing to accommodate special dietary requirements. After several months in residence I feel I made a wise choice as I am contented and much at home in my new location at Kingsway Gardens. Mabel (Ferguson) Patton January 1, 2000 My wife and I have been tenants at the "Kingsway Gardens" for 5 months. After being in the Victoria General Hospital in Halifax for 13 weeks and then with great shock breaking my leg - I was there for 3 more weeks. Due to my health and the fact I had to accept in my heart I needed a wheelchair, we made a quick decision to move here from our lovely home of thirty-four and one-half years. We cannot express our heartfelt thanks to "Horst Schaffner" for his compassion and kindness to me and my wife. We wish to thank Mr. Schaffner, his family and staff for their very warm welcome and sincerity.
We hope you all have a healthy and happy New Year.
Yours truly, |
